Montréal, 5 January 2021 – The International Partners for Aviation Development, Innovation and Sustainability (iPADIS) is pleased to announce that it has been granted observer status by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which allows it to attend suitable meetings of the world aviation regulatory body.
“iPADIS welcomes the opportunity to join the global dialogue of governments, organizations, industry and civil society stakeholders in promoting the innovative and sustainable development of international civil aviation around the world, in a socially responsible manner,” said Dr. Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu, Founding President of iPADIS.
“Our primary focus is to serve as a dynamic interface between civil society and the aviation industry, so that expectations and concerns of the travelling public are understood and heeded by relevant authorities, to the benefit of all,” he added.
